


GovTech4All 2.0 marks the second phase of the European GovTech incubator, a collaborative initiative aimed at accelerating digital transformation in the public sector while strengthening the European GovTech ecosystem.
This new edition will deliver eight innovative digital government pilots, focused on reusing and scaling up existing digital solutions, launching startup-driven challenges, and exploring new models of public procurement that support innovation across a wide range of thematic areas.

Govtech4all is a Framework Partnership Agreement supported by the Digital Europe Programme. It is permanently open for Public Administrations in charge of digital transformation as well as top-tier European GovTech organisations.

To subscribe to newsletters from the GovTech Connects Collection on Joinup, that include the GovTech4All project, follow these steps:
1. Visit the Joinup website:
Open your browser and go to the Joinup website by typing https://joinup.ec.europa.eu in the address bar.
2. Log in or register an account:
If you already have an account, click on "Log in" at the top right corner of the page and enter your login details. If you don't have an account, click on "Create account" and follow the instructions to register.
3. Navigate to the GovTech Connects Collection:
Once logged in, use the search function or navigate through the website to find the GovTech Connects Collection. This can be done by searching for "GovTech Connect" in the search bar or by browsing collections and categories until you find the relevant collection.
4. Join the GovTech Connect collection:
On the collection page for the Govtech Connect, look for the button that says, "Join this Collection". Click this button. You now get a question if you want to receive notification, click “Subscribe”.
5. Manage your subscription:
If you want to manage your subscriptions due to content and how often, go to your profile at the top right corner and click on “My subscriptions”. Set your preferences and click on “Save Changes”.
After completing these steps, you will begin receiving newsletters and updates from the Govtech Connects Collection that include the GovTech4All posts, directly to your email.
