Secure Information in Cross-Border Data Spaces

Developed a quantum-resistant security framework using OpenFHE and OQS, validated through a Skills Use Case: encrypted diploma exchange between Greece and France via the Once-Only Technical System (OOTS).​

Delivered three reusable cryptographic building blocks: Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC), Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) and OOTS-aligned Data Spaces. Now scaling in Pilots 7 and 8.​
