PILOT 02
This pilot develops a digital map platform acting as an “Improved Accessibility Assistant”, where municipal open data is published, enhanced or generated using AI. The platform aggregates accessibility information from multiple sources into a single, configurable and shareable tool. Co-created with input from a disability user group and implemented by a local startup, it allows municipalities and event organisers to directly inform visitors without relying on big tech. A key partner will be a disability rights organisation, such as the European Disability Forum (EDF) or ONCE, ensuring the tool follows the “Nothing About Us Without Us” principle.
