To ensure the effective and efficient implementation of the Interoperable Europe Act, Member States are required to designate national competent authorities responsible for its enforcement. Where multiple national competent authorities are designated, Member States must establish a single point of contact to coordinate activities. These designated authorities will play a key role in implementing the Act, including supporting public sector bodies in interoperability assessments, encouraging the sharing and reuse of solutions, and facilitating cross-border collaboration with counterparts in other Member States
