A learning path is a collection of different courses enabling you to acquire fundamental knowledge and skills in specific topics.
How can I get a Learning Path certificate?
After successfully finishing all courses regarding a learning path, you must submit all corresponding certificates via email to iop-academy@ec.europa.eu.
After completing the above steps, you will receive your certification via email.

Interoperability Foundation
This learning path introduces the core concepts and policy foundations of interoperability in the European public sector. Through three complementary courses, learners explore why interoperability is essential, how it is guided by the European Interoperability Framework (EIF), and how recent initiatives - such as the Interoperable Europe Act - shape its implementation across Member States.

Semantic Interoperability in Action (Part I)
This learning path provides a practical introduction to semantic interoperability and its application in data sharing and reuse. Learners discover how specifications like DCAT-AP and Linked Data Event Streams (LDES) enable structured, interoperable data exchange and aggregation, and how base registries support seamless access to reliable public sector information.

Mastering Open Source for EU Public Services
This learning path is designed to provide you with the essential knowledge building the skills to effectively use, manage, and govern open-source projects. By completing the selected courses, you will gain valuable insights into Open Source fundamentals, governance, best practices, software licensing, and the European Union Public License (EUPL).
