What is GovStack?
GovStack is an open technical blueprint and methodology that helps governments design and build sovereign, interoperable digital government services and infrastructure. It provides technical specifications of software components (“building blocks”), an implementation playbook, and interactive demo services to guide e-government design, procurement and implementation.

GovStack is a multi-stakeholder initiative that was founded by Germany, Estonia, the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the Digital Impact
Alliance (DIAL). It connects governments with software and service providers and a global expert community contributing to free and open technical specifications.
