Django * * Unified Ticket System * * is a ticketing and helpdesk software system for tracking and digitising request and document flows.

Main characteristics:

— Multi Tenant. A single system supporting several offices, and
organisational areas;

— Possibility to add consent clauses to be accepted
before opening a ticket;

configurable through widgets;
— Managing digitally signed annexes (PDF and P7M), with control
and validation of data integrity;
— Chat and videoconferencing for operators and users;
— Summary report by email including the list of tickets
pending with operators;
— Integrated JQuery Datatables, for a processing Ajax management
