Description
Enable a chatbot interface on your website that communicates with a remote service.
Where enabled, the user will find a button at the bottom right from which a modal window will open with the service chat.
There is a dashboard where you can configure:
— the remote service endpoint
— the remote service credentials and token
— the path to show the chatbot (otherwise it will be visible everywhere)
— customisable chat labels
The chat interface can also be easily customised with the HSC in your custom theme.
