Release v0.8 (v0.8) Switch to the latest release

Features:

* Addressed data acquisition errors and historical data attribute filters, resolved GeoJSON parameter errors, and added duplication messages with updated locales.
* Strengthened system security by adding explicit permissions to data storage, removing hardcoded certificates in favour of environment variables, and refactoring backend write permissions and default tenant configurations.
* Improved frontend code quality and UX by optimising form resetting behaviours, resolving SonarQube code smells, and improving controller exception handling (including proper IntegrityError and HTTPException management).
