February’s Portal highlights feature the latest Solutions published on the Portal, a variety of new releases, highlights from the latest Portal webinars and the upcoming session organised by the Portal Team.

New Solutions on the Portal
- .NET E-ARK - eArchiving: A library and command-line tool for creating submission information packages to support long-term digital preservation according to eArchiving standards.
- Transcription software: A tool used in court sessions to automatically generate accurate written records of proceedings, reducing time and effort for transcribing long hearings.
- Digital Access to Justice: A central digital gateway that guides users through German legal procedures, eligibility checks, and secure online communication with courts.
- EU LDT Identity Management: A reusable identity and access management solution from the EU Large-Scale Testing (LDT) toolbox that helps projects manage user identities, authentication, and roles in a secure and interoperable way, supporting cross-border and cross-system digital services.
- ApertoDNS Protocol - Vendor-Agnostic Dynamic DNS Interoperability: An open protocol that enables dynamic updates in a vendor-neutral way, allowing systems and service providers to automatically update records, without being locked into proprietary solutions, improving interoperability and flexibility in network and service management.

Event highlights
- On 28 January 2026 the Portal Team hosted the webinar “How to navigate the Interoperable Europe Portal”. Here you can read the event’s highlights and download the slide presentation.
- On 29 January 2026 the Portal Team had the pleasure of presenting at an online session, organised by the Finnish Government Architecture Guild, along with the Interoperability Architecture Solutions and Interoperable Europe Academy Teams. The sessions outcomes, presentation and useful links are available here.
Upcoming Portal event
On Wednesday, 11 March 2026, from 11:00 to 12:00 CET, the Portal Team will host the webinar “Building interoperable public services: CAMSS and eu-LISA projects overview”. Representatives from the CAMSS and eu-LISA projects, will present their mission and activities and highlight their interoperability work, explaining how they help build interoperable public services across Europe.
