Session timeout causes loss of submissions

We have been using the IPM tool for multiple, rather lengthy and complex surveys. Although the survey tool meets all our requirements, it has one major shortcoming: submissions are linked to an (anonymous) session, which expires after a certain period (e.g.90 minutes). On MULTIPLE occasions, it has occured that we have lost important submissions because of this, in most cases respondents do not even realise that their submission has been lost. This is really UNACCEPTABLE.
