Further education search engine (NRW)

There are many providers of further education opportunities in Nordrhein-Westfalen and many thousands of courses and seminars are offered each year. With such a big supply it is not easy to find exactly those courses which fit the own further education expectations and the company qualification requirements. To facilitate the orientation the Ministry for Economy and Labour of the federal state has developed a search engine as part of the further education initiative NRW, which brings more transparency to the further education market. The search engine ?Further education in NRW? uses the Internet, to better bring together the supply and demand for further education. The most modern technologies and strong performance search strategies are being deployed for that purpose. The search engine is unerring and up-to-date and leads the users to the desired further education offers. This new service is available to all citizens. It is also interesting for directors and personnel managers in companies, who wish to find fitting education offers for their employees in the near future. The search engine offers five different search opportunities: - Keyword search - Detail search - Catalogue search - Contract seminars - Provider search The search engine presents the results in a clearly arranged table. Next to the course name and the provider, the type of the course, the final certificate, the place, start and end date, the range and the price are displayed. The list of the courses found can be sorted, for example, by the length of the course, the start date or the price. The courses which appear especially interesting can be marked in a shorthand list so as to subject them to a more detailed comparison. Detail windows which contain additional information about the provider and the courses can be opened at the click of a mouse. These windows also contain the Internet addresses of the education providers. If the provider allows it, one can then register online.
