The 2025 Digital Public Administration Factsheets are now published. They are a key reference for understanding digital transformation and interoperability progress across Europe.
The factsheets cover 39 European countries and each factsheet provides a concise snapshot of how national public administrations are advancing in different areas linked to digitalisation, interoperability and innovation.
To make insights easier to understand and compare, each country package includes:

The factsheet: A two-page visual infographic summarising key developments and trends;

The supporting document: An annex with more details about national progress on each of the studied areas (interoperability, trust and cybersecurity, digital transformation, etc.).
In addition to the country factsheets, there is an EU factsheet which offers a comprehensive overview of digital public administration initiatives and interoperability actions at the European Union level.
These resources offer data and insights that help policymakers, administrations, and researchers understand national performance, identify good practices, and inform a wide range of activities, from policy development to academic research, capacity building and more.
