Download Jena Fuseki 1.1.2 from: http://archive.apache.org/dist/jena/binaries/ Extract the dcat-ap_validator.zip as "pages" folder (default folder of Jena Fuseki) inside the Jena Fuseki folder. Follow the instructions inside the README.txt to launch the dcat-ap validator.
