Information on the second event can be found here
During the first workshop which took place Tuesday 24 January between 14:00 and 16:00 CET, some participants were invited to explain the context in which they work and to present a concrete dataset that will be used during the second workshop. The objective was to have an exchange between peers about best practices and working realities in different member states, but also to allow the SEMIC team to assess the variety of data used in everyday practice in order to efficiently prepare the other workshops.
The ideal dataset will have the following characteristics:
- Highly structured (Excel format or similar)
- Middle-sized (hundreds to thousands of records)
- Varied (columns including text, numbers, dates, locations, etc.)
The agenda for the first workshop was as follows:
- Welcome & introduction
- Presentation by the participants of their datasets & context in which they operate
- Open discussion between participants, facilitated by our experts
- Concluding remarks
The slides, meeting minutes and recording are available here:
