
Riitta Autere is Ministerial Adviser at the Ministry of Finance of Finland with main driving forces being cross-sectoral and cross-organisational collaboration and constant improvement of interoperability. Her responsibility areas are information policy and information architecture. Before joining the Ministry of Finance in 2015 she worked five years as senior specialist at the Ministry of Environment of Finland in strategic steering of environmental information and knowledge management, participating in implementation and enforcing information management related EU Law as well as development of the Finnish National Public Sector Enterprise Architecture Framework and method.
She holds a Master of Arts degree and prior to these governmental tasks she has worked two decades in the Finnish cultural heritage sector with information management related issues. She served as a project manager and project officer in several national and international digital transformation, change management, information management and delivery projects developing methods and tools for better access and utilization of information at the Finnish Heritage Agency, the National Gallery of Finland and the National Opera of Finland.
