Eddy Vanderlinden suggsted the includion of a Fiscal Residennce property. When asked whether he felt that this was sufficiently 'core' to be included he put forward a series reasoned arguments as to why the answer is yes.

Proposal:

Add in a new property of Fiscal Residence (with domain of location, as we have for Country of Birth etc.)
