OpenCADTools incompatible with DockingSkin

OpenCADTools are incompatible with DockingSkin from gvSIG 3D [1]. It seems that the problem is in toggleButton method (CADStatus class). It assumes that the MainFrame is always a MDIFrame instance, but if DokingSkins is installed, it sn't. [1] http://gvsig3d.blogspot.com/
