The third Secure Linux Administration Conference (SLAC) is a practical training on current developments in the Linux server administration targeting experienced professional administrators.
During this two days event, experts will present their point of view on file recovery, ZFS file system, virtual Samba server or system monitoring. Administrators and IT mangers could also attend debates on economic spying, strategies for the Linux desktop and BSI basic protection tools.
During the first day, various workshops on Fully Automatic Installation (FAI), error and network analysis, perl programming and Domain Name System Security Extension (DNSSEC) will be organised. Attendance is restricted to ten persons per workshop.
The conference will cost 890 euros.
