The first Saarland IT industry event will take place in the Congress Hall in Saarbrücken, on 18 September 2009. The event aims to offer visitors a comprehensive overview of current IT trends and of the know-how of the Saarland's IT industry. More than fourty exhibitors will present new business solutions (standard software, individual software, open source software), Internet technologies, network and information security systems.
Presentations will cover different topics, such as: legally-archiving, open source software, the results of the trend study open source 2009, open source applications in practice, trends and technologies: virtual desktop, cloud computing and intelligent networks.
