25 core components developed by the German initiative "Deutschland Online Standardization" have been added to the SEMIC.EU repository as reusable interoperability assets.

The German core components are equipped with English meta data and German visual representations.

The scope of the data models ranges from "natural person" to "organisation" and from "birth" to "death".

Examples:

DE_Country

DE_TimePeriod

DE_Gender

DE_Birth

DE_Death

DE_Language

Much like their French counterparts, the German assets were developed based on UN/CEFACT methodology. However, German authorities did not follow the UN/CEFACT library but chose and modularised the data according to the requirements of German Public Administrations.

Currently, the assets are being tested and evaluated in administrations in Germany.
