New TRR entry: GITB-compliant validation service for ASiC containers

This validator is dedicated to the validation of ASiC containers (see here for more details on ASiC). The validator can be extended by specific profiles depending on how a container is supposed to be used in a given specification. One such supported profile is the eTendering profile to match the container's content against e-SENS e-Tendering specifications (more information here).

The validator is available as a SOAP web service (GITB-compliant validation service) at: https://www.itb.ec.europa.eu/asic/api/validation?wsdl.
