New TRR entry: GITB-compliant validation service for e-SENS e-Tendering content

This validator is dedicated to the validation of individual XML files that are involved in the e-Tendering message exchange as defined by the e-SENS e-Tendering pilot specifications. It support validation of the following content:

• Standard Business Document Header (SBDH).
• Standard Business Document with BASE64-encoded ASiC content.
• REM evidence.
• Expression of interest.
• Expression of interest confirmation.
• Call for tender.
• Submit tender.
• Tender reception notification.

The validation service exposes two interfaces:

• A web interface, at: https://www.itb.ec.europa.eu/etendering/upload.
• A SOAP web service (GITB-compliant validation service) at: https://www.itb.ec.europa.eu/etendering/api/validation?wsdl.
