The Public Administration in Germany missing out on the expectations of the "Digital Natives". This is the result of a survey of management consulting, technology and outsourcing service provider Accenture. Here, just the younger generation wants a more intense digital exchange with the authorities.
According to the Accenture survey a total of 77 percent of Germans are dissatisfied with the current range of digital management services. This trend is exacerbated in the Digital Natives: among 18- to 29-year-old already has a large majority of 90 per cent uses digital administration offers. But only one in ten Consult (11 percent) in this age group is also satisfied with the existing achievements.
Accenture surveyed more than 6,600 citizens in Australia, Germany, France, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and the United States. Was asked about the current digital services of the authorities, the utilization rate in the population as well as the interest in additional offers. In Germany, more than 1,000 citizens took part in the survey.
