After a year of work in the framework of the investigation "Open Justice: transparency and proximity of justice in the current context of Open Government" -of application of the principles and philosophy of Open Government to the field of justice results it is very interesting.

We analyzed 105 initiatives among which were found components of participation, collaboration and / or transparency in justice, to a significant degree. Among the results, three initiatives of the 105 analyzed -the most significant-we considered (which does not mean they do not explain in detail) are explained.

Some initiatives have led to a structural change in the administration of justice and, especially, in the courts and their relationship to citizenship, as conceived so far. Especially one, he has been an example for other states, and has served to extend the model throughout the United States. The initiative was launched in the early 90s of last century "Reinventing Justice 2022" State of Massachusetts is key in this regard. It emphasizes the UK, with more transparent courts and justice perspective open its strategy, highlighting not only in the "physical" level, but the virtual exploration follows (and I take here to give a huge thanks to my colleague and friend Carlos Guadián for their assistance with the tool active listening Cosmos) also shows that the UK courts at its "virtual" dimension, are an example as is clear from ARS analysis done. Thus, another initiative to highlight is the Open Justice Initiative -Making sense of Justice- the UK. Finally the award winning for Haag Institute for the Internationalization of Law (Hill) 2011 initiative, which shows that the citizen can really help many ways, also in the field of Civil Law is the Inter-American Program for Judicial Facilitators, the Organization of American States, which is being implemented in various countries (Argentina, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay).

The methodology is especially qualitative questionnaires were administered to 117 professionals and academics, in Castilian, Catalan and English (and take the opportunity here to thank my colleague and friend Nuria Vives, who has been very helpful with translations), 5 expert interviews with simultaneous knowledge of Civil Law and Common Law, 4 interviews contrast to professionals in the field of Civil Law, a semantic network analysis, and analysis of 105 initiatives based on more than 20 indicators considered. Among the conclusions, we include here mention the following headings:

• Opening and access engine and modernization of justice

• Innovation and cooperation in justice: Triple Helix also
• Transparency and accountability: open data, and more
• Proximity of justice access, participation and
