Each year, in France, the exercise of the review of legality, fundamental principle of the decentralized organization of the Republic, gives rise to the transmission by the local authorities of almost eight million acts to the territorial representatives of the State.
The ACTE program (Aid for the dematerialized review of legality) aims to facilitate the dematerialization and the transmission of all the documents submitted to the review of legality and has to simplify the exercise of this control.
Main results, benefits and impacts
This involves an electronic, committed administration program on the initiative of the French Ministry of Interior and of the regional planning (the local authorities Directorate-General), which is intended for facilitating the dematerialization of the exchanges between the local authorities and the services of the State (prefectures, sub-prefectures) within the framework of the review of legality. This program aims at the same time to make it possible for the communities to transmit, by the electronic way, to the regional state representative, those of their acts subject to the review of legality and to provide to the State services trade application facilitating the exercise of this control.Return on investment
