NO: Ehandel.no format invoices and credit notes - Implementation guide version 1.0

Description (short summary):   
As from July 2010, the use of electronic invoices will be mandatory in the central administration of Norway, and probably in the municipal sector too. The present guide aims to facilitate an effective introduction and dissemination of electronic invoices and credit notes.

The target group for the implementation guide is made of the professional and technical personnel who need to send and receive electronic invoices and credit notes. The document can also be used by the system suppliers, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) vendors and messaging intermediaries.

Ehandel.no is Norway's eProcurement portal and marketplace.
