Description (short summary):  
The present document is the joint administrative simplification and eGovernment plan of the Governments of the Walloon Region and of the French-speaking community of Belgium.

It consists of six objectives that are to be achieved by 2014. A simplification chain is associated to each objective:

• To simplify and improve regulations;
• To simplify and harmonise procedures;
• To dematerialise procedures;
• To manage administrative documents by electronic means;
• To simplify and dematerialise data collection and sharing;
• To improve the information and the communication intended for the users of public services.
