Postgis driver: while create new layer, generate gid name taking into account other fields names

When create new postgis layer, gid field is created by naming it "gid". If any other fieldname of the layer is so called, it is overwritten. The patch attached solves this by taking into account the existent fieldnames.

Tested v.1.10 build 1259 for Linux and Windows XP. The problem is solved.
