Dieter de Paepe raised this issue. The current version of CPSV-AP (v2.0) mentions the optional use of dct:type as property on dct:Agent. Since Person and PublicOrganisation are subclasses of Agent, there is no additional value in the suggested use of this property as these classes can specify their type in the more familiar "x rdf:type y" construction.
Proposed solution
Remove the dct:type property of the class dct:Agent.

The WG agreed on the proposed solution during the webinar held on the 12th of May. The changes will be addressed in the new draft version of the CPSV-AP.
