Add MDR Continents NAL to the recommended vocabularies for spatial coverage

I noticed that the controlled vocabularies recommended for dct:spatial do not include the MDR Continents NAL:

Analysis: Vocabulary can be added if there is consensus that this is useful.

Proposal: Add MDR Continents NAL in section 5.2 for dct:spatial.
