The concept of sub-organizations is discussed briefly in 5.1, but does not have a subsection for the related properties. The concept of Site does not seem to be discussed in the document, but comes up here: https://joinup.ec.europa.eu/asset/cpov/issue/what-core#new

Yes, James, I know. There will be amore complete version of the doc available for review by the end of Thursday this week.

I've been through the doc today and I believe the next release will prove that I've been good to my word - but I stand ready to be corrected of course.
