Appointments for citizen attention

Service for managing appointments of citizens via internet, in person and telephone. Consists of a backend which defines the structure of appointments (procedures, working hours, etc.) and manages the appointments (obtaining listings and information about appointments, if appointments are face-to-face or by telephone, etc.) and a frontend on the internet in which the citizen can obtain, consult and invalidate their appointments.
