ICANEPO - International Court ApplicatioN for European Payment Order – is an EU-funded application for the management of court cases of the European Payment Order by judicial authorities. The application takes into account the requirements established by the EPO Regulation and offers interfaces to extend the application with national modules, such as a national language interface, court fees, etc. The application further allows for the cross-border electronic communication via e-CODEX (www.e-codex.eu) as foreseen by the Judicial Digitalisation Regulation.
The application was created in the EU-funded project ICANEPO with project partners from Austria, Greece, Portugal and the Netherlands.
The application is currently under development and will be published here as soon as version 1.0 is released.
