e-quality is a simple, cost-effective and easy-to-use tool that enables public organizations to use Total Quality Management techniques and principles to improve their administrative capacity and the services they provide to citizens. The tool is based on the self-evaluation of the public organization through a European-wide methodology, which concludes in identifying and implementing concrete and feasible improvement measures. e-quality can be utilized in any public organization of the EU Member States, regardless of its level of operation (national, regional or local)
