Applications, Services and Data for the Geo-IT of the Waterways and Shipping Administration in Germany (WSV) - Results of the German economic stimulus package (in German)

The IT-services centre has participated in the IT investment programme of Germany with three projects on geo-information science. The projects ‘Geo-Data as a service’, ‘UI-Act best practices’ and ‘Open Source solutions for the Geo-IT’ successfully implemented the goal of the Economic Recovery Plan II. Successfully means that, on the one hand the WSV IT-solutions are improved in terms of efficiency and quality and on the other hand, innovative techniques are developed in economy by partners, in order the companies to be able to expand their economic and technical competence. As part of the colloquium, the technical solutions and usable services will be jointly presented by the project partners.
