The vitality index indicates the degree of activity carried out in the last time period on each OSS Solution repository indexed in the Catalogue.
It reproduces exactly (in its definition and calculation) that envisaged by the guidelines on acquisition and reuse of software for Public Administrations defined by the Agency for Digital Italy - AGID, and currently officially implemented within the Developers.Italia OSS Solutions Catalogue.
This vitality index is calculated on the time window of the last 60 days (and updated once a week within this catalogue) taking into consideration the following four categories:
- Code activity: the number of commits and merges per day,
- Release history: the number of releases per day,
- User community: the number of unique authors,
- Longevity: the age of the project,
The ranges of each measurement can be found in the file vitality-ranges.yml.

Description
The Documentary SIBAR is a software solution for managing the
administrative procedures to ensure correct
document administration from production to storage,
activities that are the core business of any public
administration.
Based on modern microservice architecture, Documentary SIBAR
provides high performance in installations of more than 1 million
protocols/year. Its usability is facilitated by a more user interface
intuitive, making the system a privileged place for the management of
documents and their aggregation. In particular, it is able to:
manage all activities related to the training of individual documents
(and/or files) their drafting, sharing and archiving. In

automatic electronic invoices sent to regional AOOs; and
approving/rejecting them through integration with the gateway
electronic invoicing;
— * * storage service pursuant to * *: allows you to send to the gateway
preservation of the various document classes (daily record of
Protocol, contracts, agreements, determinations, etc.) to ensure
storage in accordance with those provisions.
