In line with national/regional planning in the context of “Cities”
and smart communities’ and in line with the objectives of the Digital Agenda
of the municipal administration, the application ‘Management of Carrabile Passi’
it is one of the solutions produced under the project ‘Conness Cities:
Information System for the Control of Objects’ (code BA project
1.1.1.d – CUP J91J17000130007) from NOP financing resources
Metro 2014-2020 – Axis 1 ‘Digital Agenda’.

The ‘Mandatory Pass’ application is a vertical for management
releases of carrable steps and processes that are secondary to release;
he uses the municipal civilary, carried out within the same project.
It has a number of functionalities that can digitalise the whole
concession process with the addition of support services such as:
searching for applications with different filters and a schedule system.

The management cooperates with the Authority’s registration service and an app.
mobile (whose source code and documentation are available here) which, between
the other is able to read IoT (passive RFID tag) sensors for verification
on the territory of the state of concessions. In addition, management is also in
degree of communication with the EGOV portal (for the provision of services to citizens)
allowing new concession applications to be launched as well as registration of practices
upon application by a party on concessions already granted.
