The service is aimed at businesses, intermediaries, public authorities and
Employment centres.

​ ​

Laws 608/96 and 264/49 lay down the obligation for employers to:
communicating job openings, conversions or terminations
provincial employment centres.

​ ​

Article 296 (1) to (1180) of Law No 1185 of 27 December 2006 extends the
reporting requirements also to:

— project and partner working relationships in partnership

— training, guidance and other experiences
equivalent work

— transfer and posting of the worker

— change of company name

— transfer or merger of a business or branch thereof.

​ ​

Reporting obligations are also extended to employers
agriculture, public bodies and public administrations.

In addition, the effect of reporting is extended to cover:
obligations towards regional and provincial labour directorates,
the National Institute of Social Security, the National Institute of Social Security
for insurance against accidents at work or other forms
substitute or exclusive social security benefits, and in addition to the
Prefecture – Regional Office of the Government.

The employment relationship is the set of mandatory notices of a
