Information about authentication for a Public Service

In CPSV-AP_IT a class the class “Authentication” was added. This class to represent the requirements of Authentication required by a service.

I also agree. Authentication is not a problem that concerns a service description.

Yes, Thimo, that's the idea. In fact the CCCEV names its class CriterionRequirement and this now appears in the CPSV-AP.
