Participants will focus on the development of a competitive European digital ecosystem, exploring collaborative innovation models and potential policy frameworks for the next five years. The summit provides a critical platform for dialogue between EU leadership and the open source community, aiming to advance technological sovereignty and strategic digital capabilities.

This year, a dedicated panel is held with the theme: The Future of Public Sector Collaboration Across Europe. This panel will gather experts in that regard with the participation of Ben Cerveny, Rasmus Frey, Emma Ghariani, Daniel Goldscheider and Jutta Horstmann.
