Glossary

A framework developed under the Interoperable Europe initiative that provides a common reference model for designing and implementing interoperable digital public services across EU Member States. It offers principles, building blocks, standards, and guidelines to help public administrations build services that can interoperate, enabling cross-border and cross-sector data exchange, reuse of digital infrastructure, and seamless delivery of public services while reducing duplication and ensuring consistency across different countries and systems.
