The Interoperable Europe Academy has introduced a new initiative - Peer-Learning Policy Briefs - aimed at enhancing digital government policy implementation through the exchange of experiences, innovative approaches, and capacity building.
The Peer-Learning Policy Briefs aim to provide insights into solutions that address challenges faced by public administrations at various levels. By identifying and emphasizing transferable aspects of these solutions, the briefs support learning from good practices and encourage the reuse of effective strategies and solutions across Member States.
The first policy brief, titled "Digital Counter - Revolutionising Public Service Delivery Through Innovation", highlights the Digitale Balie, a digital service counter solution developed during the COVID-19 pandemic. This solution enabled Dutch municipalities to provide essential services remotely, ensuring continuity and accessibility for citizens.
Experts in digital government and interoperability are invited to contribute to this initiative. Participation offers the opportunity to assist other public administrations and contribute to the practical implementation of the Interoperable Europe Agenda.
