Show information about M and Z coordinates

gvSIG supports reading of M coordinate and Z coordinate, but doesn't show this information to the user. With this plugin, the user can select a feature (only one) and from "Layer | Show point coordinates" will be able to see X, Y, and M and Z coordinates if available. It should be useful to work with CartoCiudad, for example.

The procedure for adding a new plugin to gvSIG must follow channels to be an "official gvSIG project" [1] or can add your plugin to catalog unofficial gvSIG projects. The code input through the tickets of this track is limited to small patches to existing code of gvSIG as described in "Contributions gvSIG and patches to the code" [2] [1]http://www.gvsig.org/web/projects/gvsig-desktop/docs/devel/gvsig-devel-… [2]http://www.gvsig.org/web/projects/gvsig-desktop/docs/devel/gvsig-devel-…
