This online course introduces eGovERA©, a solution developed by the European Commission based on the European Interoperability Framework (EIF) and the European Interoperability Reference Architecture (EIRA©) that provides public policy support to European public administrations. Its learning objectives entail:
- Understand the overall Digital Public Service lifecycle and how the European Commission interoperability solutions can support in each phase.
- Learn eGovERA© components, characteristics, benefits and typical use cases.
- Understand the granularity of specifications, standards, building blocks and others offered by eGovERA© regarding the modelling of digital public services.
EIRA© & eGovERA© in support to a Digital Public Service analysis
This eLearning course aims to present how EIRA© and eGovERA© support Public Administrations in the analysis of a digital public service (DPS). By analysing the requirements of a DPS through the comprehensive views (legal, organisational, semantic, and technical), EIRA© and eGovERA© ensure that interoperability challenges are addressed. The learning objectives of this course entail:
- Properly define a DPS to be analysed and designed and formulate its functional and technical requirements.
- Learn the steps to build an analysis model, including how to identify and select the main Architecture Building Blocks (ABBs).
- Achieve an in-depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities of each audience in the analysis of a DPS.
EIRA© & eGovERA© in support to a Digital Public Service design
This eLearning course aims to present how EIRA© and eGovERA© support Public Administrations in the design of a digital public service (DPS). By designing the solution of a DPS through the comprehensive views (legal, organisational, semantic, and technical), EIRA© and eGovERA© ensure that interoperability challenges are addressed. The learning objectives of this course entail:
- Learn the steps to build a design model, including how to identify and select the main Solution Building Blocks (SBBs) and how they realise the ABBs of the analysis model with the support of ELIS.
- Achieve an in-depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities of each audience in the design of a DPS.
