This release includes

1. Generic core testing engine and minder actor/adaptor development framework.
2. Utility class support for increasing the reusability of common functions used in the MTDL scripts within the same test group
3. Online maven dependency resolution support
4. Extended schema and schematron verification, including archive and URL based inclusion support for both schemas and schematron files. Supported archive types: ZIP and JAR. Minder now supports resolving  a schema or a schematron set that is included in an archive file and includes other files using "include, import ... directives"
