The 11th Samos 2021 Summit on ICT-Enabled Governance is taking place from 28 to 30 June 2021 in conjunction with the 8th International Summer School On Open and Collaborative Governance from 28 June to 2 July 2021. 

The 11th Samos Summit on ICT-enabled Governance offers an unprecedented opportunity to see, interact with and influence cutting-edge Information and Communication Technologies research projects and initiatives. Attended by high caliber experts from research, administrations and enterprises worldwide, the Samos 2021 Summit focuses on the newest developments of ICT applications in the area of digital governance.

Specific focus in this year’s summit will be given to the following areas of ICT-enabled governance:

• Future, Innovative European Public Services
• New models and tools for the open provision of legal data
• New epistemological approaches for the main elements of Government 3.0
• New technological evolutions in the areas of Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain
