It addresses these purposes from two perspectives: - From the ”managerial” perspective, identifying and explaining actions that contribute to CISE as a successful “programme” such as how to best organize, govern or architect CISE. - From the perspective of “realizing concrete information exchanges”, illustrating steps to take in terms of specifically realizing CISE Services to achieve the highest possible operational value add and uptake for CISE. |
