From Jaroslaw : "I understand that LegalResourceSubdivision as a subclass of Work should be used also for subdivisions of DraftLegislationWorks, but then it should be possible to use it as a domain of properties like "foresees_amendment_of". Currently one cannot specify that a particular subdivision will change some law, since the domain of "foresees_amendment_of" is LegislativeProcessWork which has no relationship to LegalResourceSubdivision."
