Write the Sextante manual for gvSIG 1.10

Since Sextante extension has been integrated in gvSIG 1.10, we need to describe how to access to the Sextante tools from the gvSIG menus and buttons. The aim is not to describe how all the tools work but to describe how to access to them. See documentation about how to write manuals in plone [1]. To define the manual structure it could be useful to follow the Sextante test doc [2]. [1] https://gvsig.org/web/projects/gvsig-desktop/docs/devel/guia-para-docume... The sextante manual is alrady in the net. It is in English and it is necessary to translate it to spanish. Two bugs have been detected in the newest sextante version in gvSIG. It is necessary to say somewhere that the hole information has been extracted form the manual of Victor Olaya
